Rattling sound on doors and poor customer services

No resolution from a reputed company for more than 15 days

I want to bring upto your knowledge my first ever experience with Skoda India. As claimed by you the trusted brand in India but for me it is the most untrustworthy experience. On 1st of February 2022, I took test drive of skoda kushaq from dehradun dealer, and the employee Mrs Akansha Bhatia was very keen to collect booking amount from me. I very clearly told that I have already booked VW Taigun but it is not delivering to me on Feb14, 2022....

Extremely bad staff at Sales department - Kolkata Skoda Showroom Mullick Bazaar

The wanted to buy Skoda Slavia and dial to the Skoda mullick bazaar, the sales consultant doesn't show any interest on my queries. I called few times and in some of the times they simply disconnected the call. I am extremely unhappy with sales person at Skoda.

first and the foremsot the car was purchased on 7th of October 21 and issues were started at that time.

1. The car has door rattling issues which are not resolved till now such a useless car it is.

2. Its been 7 months still the door rattling issue is there, company has no permanent solution for this.

Skoda Superb 1.8TSI AT Petrol - MECHATRONIC failure

I own a Skoda Superb - my car is nearly 6 years old and has clocked ~65000 Kms - I have got the car regularly serviced.

Booking Amount Refund not done

Hello sir/madam

We had booked the Skoda Kushaq on 31st December 2022 at Priority Skoda, South Goa.
Due to some reasons we had to cancel the booking and at the time of booking we were promised 100% refund on the booking. It’s been 15 days since the booking was cancelled and the skoda officials are not ready to do the refund. They have been ignoring calls and messages.

6 times Injector failure in 1.6 tdi skoda rapid

In September 2016 (odo reading-60, 000 kms), my car skoda rapid broke down for the first time during a travel. Technical issue with newly bought Skoda kushaq

Fuel injector failure my car rapid

My Skoda rapid diesel AT is just 42000km and have cool and engine signal on the run in highway, I stopped and towed the vehicle to Tafe access as it was not much far from there. They are saying it’s injector failure and I don’t think a injector fails at 42000km, of it does it s manufacturing fault and case for recall. I ran vehicles for 100000km but never had to change injectors at all....
