Want to deactivation of snapdeal account

Dear Sir, I want to deactivate my SNAPDEAL account but I cant find any option for deactivation of account in there website or mobile app. Today morning I received a lot of Login OTP from snapdeal . But i am not used my account since last two years . This company privacy and security is very poor . So I request you please help me as soon as possible.

The customer service system is disgusting. I placed an order for size 9 and I received 7 and now I have scheduled pickup for it where info is not available. The fare is less now and I was charged more then the current displayed fare. I wish I would have used any other platform rather than receiving this kind of service....

Delivery boy not return balance money

Address: F311 kailash enclave sector 18 vrindavan yojna 4 Lucknow

I ordered a pendent set on 24th September n received on 29th September. I gave 500rupees note on payment of pendent set . The delivery boy told that he would return balance money within an hour but he didn't come back still. My payment amount was 199 rupees. Please let me know when i get my money back.

Snapdeal - SD Cash Expired

I had ordered a doll from Snapdeal but they sent me the wrong product, so when I initiated a refund they said that they would refund my money using SD cash even when I insisted for a bank transfer. After that whenever I tried ordering a product using that SD cash it would never work, I called customer service multiple times and they would just give some excuse everytime. Then suddenly after an year of that refund the SD cash got expired....
