I have returned the product and haven't received my refund yet. The team says they have refunded on 4th Aug but I haven't received any refund till date. I have raised many complains and shared my Bank statement so many times but haven't see any solution to this and have received a mail saying its credited every time i have raised but where is it in my Bank Statement. Fraud mails about winning the contest

Hi Team, I have a received few calls and message stating that I won a lucky draw from snapdeal contest. Im not sure about whether it is real or fake. But it all started after my recent purchase in snapdeal. Does my contact information is being shared anomonously? If it is fake, then how to fraud company got my contact number/ knows about my purchase in snapdeal? Kindly help me with this issue. Below is the message

Many hours of waiting no refund as yet

placed on 24 Aug 2021 shows cancelled but my account has been debited. I did not cancel the order. Many chats and 6 emails from Snapdeal mention 72 hours, 48 hours for refund. 192 hours later still I have not received a refund. I am tired of communicating with them. Please help. Thank you...

Full refund required

I am a senior Citizen and I purchase some Analog kitchenware containers of 1000ml two sets of six pieces cost 419/- each and 2500 ml two sets of six pieces cost 599 each and I paid 419+419+599+599 total amount 2036/-total no of containers are 24 .

I request for refund but one men come to my house and rake only one set of 499/- and two sets of 599/- but in my order refund shoes 499+499+599 instead of 419+599+599 difference...

Refund

I Abass had placed order on snapdeal suborder id [protected] amount of 539. which was cancelled & request for refund. refund process has initiated from snapdeal on 22 August 2021, later on 23 August i got confirmation from snapdeal that refund had been done vide reference no . NEFT:N[protected], But unfortunatly the amount has not been credited yet into my account .

No even a single replay from delivery team or Snapdeal team

Package had reached its destination at Pune on 8.8.2021. After holding the package at Pune for 2 days the same was sent to Mumbai 10.8.2021. On noticing the same took the matter with both Shadowfax and Snapdeal for the mistake and arrange for early delivery....

Payment was in pending status ,but account debited and not credited back

I have done a transaction on 14/08/2021.rs 5544 debited from my account and the payment status was pending..but now it is not showing in orders and the amount not credited back...
