I have brought a product from specsmakers in the month of june 2016. Since the quality of the service and product did not meet my requirements. I have returned the product and requested for refund. However they did not accept my request. Hence i raised dispute against the company and my bank has raised dispute and few months later, i was informed that the case was materialized and won the dispute. Then i purchased a new product from different store of specsmakers which was fine. But the company has rejected my earlier refund request again and charged me for the june month bill. I was shocked and raised the complaint with specsmakers customer care unit and ceo of specsmakers demanding for refund. However they took all the time and confirmed me that they will not be able to accept the request for refund. I request you to please assist me with suitable solution. I am jobless for the last 7 months and i spend carefully to meet my necessity. But this incident has created street and i am tried fighting with the company who have no ears to listen customer request.
