Dear spicejet,
I am following up on my baggage that did not arrive along with my flight from Riyadh to Delhi. After approaching the spice desk helpdesk at Delhi Airport, I was told it was off loaded as the aircraft was overbooked with luggage. As advised, I filed a baggage irregularity report and got stamped it with custom clearance. I was assured that the baggage will be delivered to me within 2 days and was provided a contact number ([protected]) to call in case of any delays. It has been 5 days and I have no information regarding the baggage. I have called the number provided to me multiple times with absolutely no response. I also called the spicejet customer care and was told there is no record of the missing baggage against my PNR!!
As advised by customer care representative, i have logged in a complaint/case (Case number:[protected]
