I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your airline. My flight [124] scheduled for 29 June 2024 from Leh to Delhi] was delayed significantly. Despite this inconvenience, I was further distressed to learn that instead of issuing tickets for the same flight, I was rebooked on another flight (126), and I was told that flight was overloaded so we are shifting you to another flight.
This change has caused me considerable inconvenience, disrupting my travel plans and causing additional expenses. I will be taking legal action against you for this.

This is first time in my life that a confirmed flight was overbooked and i was asked to go by other flight which was 126.
This is the highest professionalism, and I am going to take it to the consumer court first thing tomorrow.
Apart from this, no one replied to my complaint on your wats app number.
