Your service is very bad next tym i m not booking flight your company waste of time nd waste of money. I any other person not suggest your flight so badly waste of time nd very bad service. My flight booking non stop nd cancelled so your company suggest to connecting flight so very lond time stay mumbai airport 10hrs nd dealy to dealy flight mess my all plan for cancelled for your company nd better itna time waste hota he use achha ta train me jaye

Such type of the complaints can be resolved in favour of passanger never as there are no documents and payments seen:-

1. Name, address, contact of the pasenger,
2. Ticket for each passnger or the payment document for each e-ticket
3. Notification of rescheduling or new PNR or time of the delay,
4. Payment for the legal assiastance in complaining with the authority /court .

The cost of the legal asitance for the complaing procedure starts from EUR USD120 or Rs 8000
before the authority / court in the state of India.

I have booked 6 tickets on 02/042019from Gawhati to jabalpur filight dt 02/06/2019 my PNR no H8LYQP Rs2904/user development fee added in tickets.According to airport economic regulatory of India domestic passenger RS 10/user development fee.however excess amount recover please Refund & reply for satisfection
