I recently made booking through spicejet for june 9 flight. The flight got cancelled and i got the amount in my credit shell, don't know why? I should get it in my bank account. Is this some type of customer hack to get their money by listing all possible flights and then cancel it keeping amount in your wallet? On the top of it, they are forcing me to use the amount in the shell by mar 21 and for the same passenger. Seriously are you kidding me? Because of my hometown location/connectivity etc. I hardly travel via air.in this time o[censored]ncertainty, this is clearly forfeiting customer's money. Going through their facebook page "flyspicejet", i realized many people are facing this issue.
I hope serious actions are taken against it :)
