I was traveling from mumbai to kolkata on 2 nd morning 00:35 hrs by your flight. It got delayed by 45 minutes and gates were being changed frequently. So much so it was changed from gate 45 to gate 1 at t2 departure lounge in mumbai which is almost 1 km.
Now i had some injured leg for which i had little difficulty in walking as it was getting painful.
When i approached ground staff at fate as he declared his name kaustav, he was very rude and seemed he could not provide any help phone number etc.. With another aged lady too when asked to give contact number of battery driven cars.. He was not helpful and kind at all while passengers were facing difficulty.
Now delay for technical reasons are acceptable but bad un polite behaviours are not..
He could have easily called airport manager and arrange the same. He refused he wasn't in helful mood at all. To another aged lady too.
