Spice Jet Airlines — I have been charged 3600 extra

I have been charged extra in the name of extra baggage. your customer care is also not sure for what i have been charged. once they said it will be refundable then they said its for extra baggage that i didnt had, and thn they said its booking charge(that is illegal to charge extra booking amount).
please i want my refund of 3600
