Spice Jet Airlines — I'm complaining about baggage mishandling

I boarded a flight(flight no: SG531) from Ahmadabad to Bangalore on December 1, 2019 which departed at 22:05.
I was not happy with baggage handling so, I went below the flight and cautioned the crew while boarding the flight to handle the luggage safely, even although after arrival, my duffel bag's shoulder strip was found cut .Some of our items in bag was damaged . My damage cannot be compensated .
