Spice Jet Airlines — Lost baggage

I travelled from kolkata to bangkok in spice on date 9.2.16 flt no sg 83. i reached bkk in time but my luggage was not traceable. i lodged a comp[laint immediately at bkk flight services who handles baggage of spice in bkk. a complain was also lodged with spice in india via e mail. nobody replied and i also called regularly to bkk flight service to query about my luggage. all my belongings were lost and i had to buy clothes and other utilities to survive 5 days in bkk. after repeated requests and mail, i was told that my baggage was not traceable and the airline asked me to provide bills of the things which were in the baggage and the value also. i provided as many bills as were available with me and the value of the baggage including its content was around 120000.
but after some days the airline called me and told me that they r offering me a compensation of rs 14000 for my baggage which is as per the weight of my baggage.
this is totally not acceptable. the airline is harassing and offering us compensation as if my baggage was filled with vegetables.
i have no option but to knock the door of appropriate court of law to get proper and justified compensation for my baggage and the harrassment i faced in bkk and also here in india from spice.
