Spice Jet Airlines — luggage

Very rude behavior towards student at lauggage chack in time.. I am a student of iit roorkee.. My luggage bagage is over the 15 kg... Beacuse of my books.. I compansate my luggage by removing book... Still that boy on counter didn't ready to give me boading pass... And taking very rudely..
Airlines spicejet.. Flight sg8194 on 16th december 2018... I will never travel with spicejet again
