I along with my family traveled in spicejet on 5th nov 2019 from delhi to pune. Upon reaching pune we found one of our luggages were damaged completely. I complained and have a photograph of complaint copy. Spicejet employee said that spicejet people will call and either replace or pay in full the cost of baggage. I havent recieved any call yet and no-one is picking up the phone in spicejet. Request please pay in full the cost of baggage that got damaged by spicejet or replace it.
