My name is Saravanan and we booked the ticket MLE to COK on 5th July 2019, but when I printed the ticket its shows 6th of July 2019, yes you can say I made a mistake, perhaps NO cause I have eyewitness that I made booking on 5th of July 2019, to my surprise how it’s changed?
Anyway I am trying to call your customer care number [protected] for more than 4 times in Doha to India, apparently NO answer and always busy, more than 20mits I hold the line, but no answer, the result I wasted my money in telephone bill.
Ok, I tried to call your Qatar office and asked for assistance, to no avail nobody interested to help me and simply saying call the customer care and the way they sound seems unprofessional, we felt it’s a big mistake we booked the ticket in your airlines. I am really sorry to say that.
I don’t have any problem to make additional payment if I made the mistake, however up to now It’s not clear to me what is going on to my booking.
kindly check your booking software, we believe your software have some issue one way or the other and it is changes the date automatically, hence your customer care is not answering and Qatar office also not helping
In the end I paid 19000+ the total amount we paid more then 50.000+ for MLE to COK. It’s too much.
Kindly find out the issue keep the customer happy. We all here to support each other.
