Spice Jet Airlines — money debited from spiceclub for booking seat and meals but services not provided and refund not issued | |||||
This is regarding the recent round trip flight from mumbai to hubli via spicejet flight pnr tblp6t (6th dec 2018) and pnr abdvvt (10th dec 2018) For both the above flights; i had used my spiceclub account (Spicecash) to purchase 2 priority seats (10a and 10b) along with inflight meals for both trips. However even after the money was debited and details printed on boarding ticket and sms recevied on phone; the ground staff mentioned that they had no record of the transactions and hence no services was provided. Additionally they were not able to help me and told me to write to [protected]@spicejet.com to resolve. It has been more than a week since my trip ended and despite repeated followups on e-mail; i am still waiting for resolution and refund of transactions done. Very poor service and customer care. I was not allowed to board and was not allowed to get the boarding pass because I was just 5 mins late.
