Spice Jet Airlines — money was debited but ticket not booked

I had booked flight sg6475 from kochi to mumbai for september 16 2019. My money got debited but i neither received any conformation regarding the ticket or pnr for the ticket. I have sent a mail to spicejet' customer care services but there has been no response. Also, i tried calling their customer service a lot of times but the call has always been busy.
