Hi,
I have a flight on 28/03/2020.
PNR - VDPT7D.
I want to know whether I will be able to fly or not. In case I am not able to fly, I would like to get full refund.
I am trying to contact SpiceJet since today morning but the line gets disconnected or reached your IVR.
PFA the ticket details.
Kindly respond asap because I am not able to reach your customer service as your lines are very busy.

Hi,
Thanks for the information.
I would like to inform your that I am not a very frequent user of airlines services, hence will not be able to use the credit so would request you to credit the amount in my bank account.
Moreover, if I am not able to fly on 28/03/2020, I don't need to fly anymore because I had some urgent work in Gorakhpur on 29/03/2020 till 1/04/2020 and was going to return bank to Noida as I am a permanent resident of Noida.
I would request you to please understand my situation.

This is in reference to your e-mail regarding request for refund of your booking with above mentioned PNR.
We would like to inform you that as mandated by the Government directive in view of the current coronavirus outbreak SpiceJet has suspended all its flight operations effective March 24, 2020 at 11.59 pm till April 14, 2020.
We have created a credit shell of your entire amount of INR 5726/- and the same may be used to make fresh booking and travel till February 28, 2021 for the same passenger.
To make fresh bookings you are requested to visit our website www.spicejet.com and at end of the booking process, make payment using the CREDIT SHELL option. This option will be available on our website from April 1, 2020 onwards.

Hi,
I would like to inform you that I not received my refund.
The passengers who were not able to travel due to lockdown, have travelled as there was an medical emergency, so request you to refund the money ASAP because we will not use the credit shell issued by Spice jet.
I have no money to survive at this moment and 5 or 6 thousand is a huge amount for me.
If i don't get my money back, I will be left with no option then approaching court.
PFA the travel pass.
