Inspite of taking payment twice I was denied seat of my choice 1B .
Dear Sir,
I had booked my flight ticket on SpiceJet official mobile application for my travel to Jaisalmer from Jaipur on 21/11/18.
I had also later booked add on for preferred seat and had choose seat no. 1B for which I was charged since my credit card was debited and also got confirmation E-mail of payment being received by SpiceJet.
At the time of check-in at the Jaipur airport SpiceJet counter I was declined the preferred pre booked seat for which I had already paid and upon requesting the concerned SpiceJet staff / manager after showing them the proof in form of E-mail acknowledgment from SpiceJet they did not cooperate and also made me stand for almost for an hour.
Since I did not want to miss my flight as I had no choice so I requested for a letter from SpiceJet airport manager which is attached for your reference.
Please also not that I was charged twice Rs.600 each for one preferred seat and still was not given that seat.
Till date the charged amount of Rs.1200 has not been refunded to me.
This situation and treatment by your airport staff has caused me a lot of distress.
I might seek legal action against you if you do not respond.
