Booked a flight ticket for the date -3/3/2020 from surat to kolkata in flight no sg 377 with the above captioned pnr no.
I got a call around 12.05 pm on 3/3/2020 of departure that my flight got cancelled due to operational issues.
I asked them to reschedule the flight,
They denied me for reschedule for next day and day after it as flight was full, so i told them that i will call my husband and confirm. After confirming the same message to my husband, he called up spicejet customer service,
And i got a message that your flight is rescheduled for 4/3/2020 with proper ticket in mail from spice jet id. Then i called up again to and confirmed them that my flight is rescheduled and you said next day flight is full.
So i was happy i went to airport and when i checked in they told there is no such booking with this name you have got refund. Now my question is if i got a ticket why and how is it possible that i got refund.
And i have to book another ticket that costed me 7k more.
So basically there was a flight cancellation from your side.
Reschedule from your side
Then refund without any information from your side
And i had to pay 7k extra because of your cancellation and your stupid management.
I need my entire money back for the cancellation and then refund i had to travel to airport and then waste 2 days to travel and 7k extra paid.
Plus no mail and message was received for cancellation and refund but after reaching airport and after asking for boarding pass i had recieve email. Totally shows that mistake made from spice jet end.
As per my understanding i purchased ticket for 3rd mar, rescheduled it for 4th mar and getting cancelled ticket and refund for 3rd march. Which is absolutely not possible.
