Spice Jet Airlines — Random change in itinerary and falsification of statement

I had booked a Spicejet ticket for my father 71 yrs old on spicejet wioth PNR-OFFZRR.The booking was made on 28th April on a Spice Saver fare Travel Date Flight No. Aircraft Type From / Terminal To / Terminal Dep Time Arr Time Fare Type Airline Current Flight Status Fri 28 Aug, 2015 SG 653 Boeing738-800 BENGALURU KOLKATA / T2 10:40 AM 1:05 PM SpiceSaver Fare SpiceJet Arrived Sun 13 Sep, 2015 SG 658 Boeing738-800 KOLKATA / T2 BENGALURU 6:55 PM 9:15 PM SpiceSaver Fare SpiceJet On time - When called the customer care regarding few clarification i am told this is a hand baggage only fare ( Hand baggage only fare was introducted by spicejet only afte June ) and i can vouce and my booked itinerary confirmation proves the type of ticket i had booked (Spicejet denies the correct booking changes the itiinerary and now makes it hand baggage only fare. Attached ticket which shows this is not a special condition ticket i recived post my booking - ever since then we have been harassed by Spicejet authorities and customer care . We have written to that airline as well but no help other than falsifying information .i would want an explanation from Spicejet and provide a resolution to this at the earliest
