I have booked ticket by spicejet to travel to jammu from mumbai and back. Travel dates april 4, 2020 to april 11, 2020.
Since the lockdown happened all he flights got cancelled.
As per the guidelines of government of india full refund has to be given by all airlines for the flights booked for the lockdown period.,
i had sent several e-mails to spicejet in this connection with no reply from any responsible.Personnel.
Whom i have to contact for the followup.
Do i really need to followup for such matter and the details of payments are already with you and refund for the same should be automatic without any followup from our side.
Is this the way a corporate company functions without helping resolving the customer grieveances.
Please without any further delay refund the full amount paid in our account.
