Spice Jet Airlines — refund not given for cancelled flights

I booked flight tickets in spice-jet (Flight no. Sg3072) through yatra. Due to covid-19 spice jet cancelled all the flights.

My pnr:bdrhka

But they not refund my entire booking amount. They told they will maintain in their credit cell option.

I request you to please arrange for refund the same.
