I had booked 4 flight tickets for Bangalore to Pune flight no bearing (SG 615) on 11th may 2022 Wednesday, the flight was supposed to depart at 9.15 am and it got delayed by 1 hour after we boarded it saying there is a technical error in flights navigation system again after sometime they told us to deboard as the flight got cancelled and they informed that there is no immediate alternate flight flight available on the same day, so we were asked to cancel the flight, they told we will receive a full amount refund of the ticket within 10 working days, after continuous follow up and complains its been 5 months now still we haven't received a single rupee so I am registering this complaint hoping that i would get my money back with interest as told earlier by the customer care executive spice jet .
