Spice Jet Airlines — Refund not received

I had my Flight booked from Dubai to Mumbai for 29th March (PNR MECQRD). I had to cancel it for some personal reasons, I was promised to refund AED 550 (INR 10862) after deducting the cancellation charges of AED 336 (INR 6636). I have been following up with the company through email and calls since long. Firstly it takes approximately half an hour to reach a customer service representative and the response we get from them is the lamest of all, "Sir you will receive the refund at the earliest". It is difficult to understand how do they define "earliest". I seek a solution to this issue ASAP.
