A booking mistake was done by the booking staff at indira gandhi international airport delhi on 02/03/2020. Details of my booking are:

Passenger name: ms jaya bhandari & rajiv
Singh bhoj
Traveling from : new delhi to port blair
Amount paid : inr 28254
Spice jet ground staff did a wrong booking for me and after the money had been deducted from my account they informed me about this mistake done by them.
One of the manager upasana bhatt attended me and it was told by her that they have done a void sale procedure against my booking so i will get my refund within few days and also after that i have called to spicejet customer care 4-5 times and every they are tell me that very shortly i will receive my refund but till now no money is received by me.
