I had sent in a mail on 18th march regarding the refund for the flight tickets (Pnr yenr5a)
Request you to expedite the process as the travel date is fast approaching.

Dear team,
Please find attached the ticket for mr krishna das and dip bala from calcutta to chennai on the 24th of march. The pnr is yenr5a.
They were supposed to be traveling for a medical appointment, however, mr dip bala is currently in bangladesh as he’s a citizen of the country and is not able to enter india as the borders are sealed and entries are restricted.
I’m attaching his tickets and visa.
Request you to please refund the amount as they are unable to travel for genuine reasons.
