Hi,
I had booked through spicejet mobile app a round trip from Bangalore to Delhi on 15th July 2015. The booking was cancelled and I was not informed. Luckily i had called up to confirm and found the same. When I asked for reimbursement, they asked me to contact my bank for Ref Number which also I did. Still they are not contacting me to confirm about reimbursement. Whenever I reach out to them they just have same reply that respective team will get back but never end up responding. They are not giving deadlines too.
This is the nightmare for a consumer in terms of service.
