Regarding cancellation of my Spicejet Air ticket, I have been communicating with Mr. Sagar Singh Parihar
Customer Experience, SpiceJet Ltd for more than a week, and tried to seek his assistance. Nodal officer Spicejet has also been apprised about issue, but there was no satisfactory reply.
To repeat the the issue, scheduled arrival time of my booked Air ticket (PNR MI 33 WH), at Jammu Air port was 8:40AM on 11.09.2021, but Spicejet rescheduled the flight and new timing is 8:40AM on 12.09.2021 a delay of 24 hours which does not suit me.
On advice of Spicejet customer care I cancelled my ticket on Spicejet website through "Manage my Booking" and to my shock Rs 5998 has been deducted as cancellation fee.
I request to immediately arrange refund of my Ticket Cancellation fee, as Flight is scheduled to delay by 24Hrs from original timings.
Regards,
New timings are not acceptable so please ensure full refund of my tickets as assured.

We suggest you cancel the booking either by contacting our chat team 24x7 available on our website on www.spicejet.com for assistance or you can also manage your bookings through our website on- “Manage Booking”: https://book.spicejet.com/RetrieveBooking.aspx. We will process full refund post cancellation of the booking.
