Since 7 days i am following up on [protected]@spicejet.com and the executive giving me same reply again and again "inability to process refund and look forward to onboard"
Why inability???
Who has authorized spicejet to hold the amount??
Can't hold my amount, can't see any reason of doing so.
1. Cancellation done by spicejet, not by me.
2. Railway has refunded the amount, then why can't spicejet??
3. Indian govt and health ministry still recommend to be at home until necessary, why spicejet is making it a compulsion for me to board the flight??
4. I booked the flight for holiday trip. I can't see any possibility to go for a holiday in near future, even till mar'21
5. When income sources are less, holding the amount is completely a non-human activity. Was this information helpful? |
