Spice Jet Airlines — staff don't allow us to board the flight

I had my flight with spice jet yesterday at 7.30pm from bangalore to kolkata.. I reached the gate at 7.15.. I was late as i had some medical emergency after reaching the airport at 6.40,, the ground staff were very rude and dint allow us despite several requests. I had to book tickets with indigo worth 22k. This is completely harrowing. The staff said the flight had departed at 7.20pm. How can a flight depart 10mins before time when all the passengers are not on board? Please arrange for a refund or else i will have to seek the media's help regarding this

1. In order to start to claim anything you need to demonstrate that you were a passanger.
So produce
1. Issued e-ticket
2. Very first email on the reservation o[censored]nknown flight
3. Issued barding pass

for the continuation of the public examination at this site.
