My pregnant wife Arti Sajwan was travelling form Christchurch to Auckland then to Dubai then to deli to dehradun
When she reached to deli taveling from spice jet 15 October 2021 time 18:20 pm flight number SG 2033
Arti boarded the flight to dehradun and was seated to allocated seat. When she said she was felling sick and used a cup to throw up, because she is pregnant it’s normal to do so. Because of this she was Ascotted out of the flight and was told to stand in the corner. Due to this she missed her flight, she asked serval staff what’s going on, no one replied or told her anything, she was standing where she was told for 4 hours in this process she threw up some more and fainted. I saman her husband in new Zealand had to call all the way in India spice jet to enquire about my wife missing her flight to dehradun
After calling over 50 times they told me she was there I was shocked to hear my wife voice she couldn’t speak and kept asking to see a doctor and no one cared enough to answer her or provide her any medical assistance. Instead the staff named divya kept saying it’s not in our policy but we can refund the ticket or she needs to leave. My wife Arti Beeing pregnant stressed confused treated unfairly given no drink no answers, who was travelling on her own for the very first time. Her phone was dead and she didn’t have a sim for India .
After me calling and calling no one would give me a answer and hanging up the phone on me.
I asked why didn’t anyone take my wife to a doctor or a nearest medical Center after me asking then they said they have a medical Center within the airport
After seeing the nurse in the airport they said this is regarding your pregnancy.
After a fair amount of argument with spice jet staff they took her to the hospital and refuse to tell the reception that Arti is their passanger. Arti was fine travelling from New Zealand every time she had a feeling she was going to sick ( morning sickness also know as throwing up ) she would tell someone ( air hostess in the flight they would give her a cup or a bag, which is totally normal for a pregnant lady.
My question to you is
1) is this how your staff is trained to treat their customer ?
2) why wasn’t she taken to medical Center immediately when she asked, why did I have to argue with then over an hour for them to do so?
3) who takes responsibility of their customer ?
4) who takes responsibility causing stress to customer who is pregnant ?
5) why were the staff refusing to answer my phone calls and questions?
6) why couldn’t spice jet arrange then very next flight for Arti even when a mistake happened my spice jet staff
I want a answer as soon as possible
I’m very disappointed, disgusted, furious about the treatment my wife got from spice jet staff she was your customer why wasn’t anyone taking responsibility for her ticket luggage health
Making a pregnant lady stand for 4 hours without anything even a glass of water ofcourse due to all this stress her health was getting worse. This is inhumain.
I felt helpless all the way from New Zealand, I wasn’t able to help my pregnant wife and my unborn first child
Now she’s in a hospital facing complications due to the mental stress caused my your staff
