I booked return flight ticket from DXB-AMD on 09/10/2021 from Spicejet website. Payment was successfully done and I received the transaction message from my Bank. The website page just kept scrolling and showed a pop up server timed out. I confirmed with my bank that the transaction was successfully done and debited from my card, I kept waiting for the booking confirmation or itinerary details email but I didn't received. When reaching out to customer care contact numbers they kept me on waiting list for more than 50 minutes and no response the call disconnected by itself. Hopefully I screenshotted the booking summary with my flight details before doing the payment. I shared all the details I had to their customer care email address on 10/10/2021 where I received automatic reply that they will respond within 3 working days and I waited. Today its the 4th working day without any feedback from them At this point I have no clue what happened with the money I paid, do even the ticket I paid for is done for real and if yes what is it with me to prove and because of this I cannot file for my UAE Tourist Visa as their mandate requirement is the return flight ticket. Requesting the dedicated members to look into my situation and give me a resolution as soon as possible so I can plan further about my journey. Was this information helpful? |
