SpiceJet — Unethical behaviour Payment not received

It have been one of my worse experience in 2 months of travel. . The last 11 of July I decided to buy two flights with spicejet: 1. From Bangkok to Delhi (5504, 10 baths 10000 INR approximately) 2. From Mumbai to Bangkok (11015 INR) Some days ago I asked about the airport from Bangkok to Delhi and the airports from Mumbai to Bangkok. I received a confused email but I could understand my airport of departure in Bangkok. After that I just received an email about put some add on the flight, anything else. When I did my check in at Bangkok airport, I asked about the time with my connection because I had just two hours to do that, even immigration. The first think was that the person who was in the counter didn't have idea about my visa and couldn't give me any instruction, another girl arrived and she said that it was ok, that she could call to someone to be attending my arrival. Actually they changed my sit to one in front (6C) for doing easy my connection. When I arrived to Kolkata, the first thing was that in Bangkok anybody gave us an immigration form, so almost 15 people couldn't going out from the arrival section. In this moment I just had one hour for doing my connection and I asked to a girl who helped me with the immigration form and sent me to the counter in Kolkata. When I arrived to the spicejet counter, it was the first time who someone mentioned that my flight was canceled, and I already paid a tour around north of India which started at 1:00 pm, so I couldn't arrive to Delhi at night because I paid for this. In this moment I asked a solution an two of their employees said to me that the only thing that they could do was return my money for buying a new ticket with the company that they recommended there, but I had to pay the difference. I asked how much difference it was and they said to me that approximately 36 dollars because they will refound almost 6000. In that moment I accepted and in that moment another employee of you started to do something in the computer (I attached his picture) but the other who spoke with me before, in their language said to him something and said to me that I had to pay first the new ticket for continuing with the process, I asked why? they could do everything at the same time and they said that I was a request of the company, that is why I paid the ticket to Go Airlines which cost was 7850 INR. As soon I paid the ticket the people from spicejet container said to me that they couldn't refund my money, maybe just 2000 INR. In that moment I started to complain about why they did that, they did me pay and the lied. It was so bad, they made me feel like I have been cheated. I believed in you and your stuff but they just was playing with me, my first time in India and they showed me a really bad face. Finally a new person arrived and he tried to do something and finally he said they will refund me just 4, 967, but anybody gave me any formal document or something serious and the difference is almost 50 dollars. After this horrible situation I met some people at the airport who had the same flight and they told me that they received more money. I have been traveling around two months with low cost airlines and this is the first time that something like this happened, I can't understand how this company have people like them working with them, I trusted because I though that I was safe there but obviously no, and the way how they are working is embarrassing, sad and unacceptable. I'm a customer and they just playing with me. Also different Indian people said to me that theyalways do the same, that they are the worse airline in this country. If they won't to do a good job is better don't do anything, because companies and stuff as them is that the country just stopped the touristic development, and that is bad for this beautiful country. Now I'm really worried about my next flight because unfortunately is with them as well, and now I can't trust in them. Also I didn't receive nothing from them.
