    From sbi credit card recovery team call my father and office manager and disclose my financial matter. After that he called me againt for payment and threatning me if i am not paid the amount by tommorow they he will escalate the matter to top level management in my office tcs. He told me that your job will gone from tommorow.

    Person name is kuldeep singh khurana from sbi recovery agent. Phone is [protected].

    I never said that i will not pay the dues but at present i dont have money to paid it. I need more time. I am right now hopeless.

    Please help me.

    Again kuldeep singh khura called my manger desk no and threatning that. He started harraing to my manager . He said that he complain agaist my manager. This is not acceptable. I am the card user he should talk with rather than other. Kuldeep singh is doing unethical activity. He did not follow the procedure.

          An amount worth rs.5185 has been deducted from my sbi account without my concern and without otp on 20th september 2018 at around 5pm.

          Thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6203 for a purchase worth rs50.0 on pos [protected] at google *services txn#[protected].
          Thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6203 for a purchase worth rs990.0 on pos [protected] at google *meme txn#[protected].
          Thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6203 for a purchase worth rs310.0 on pos [protected] at google *meme txn#[protected].
          Thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6203 for a purchase worth rs310.0 on pos [protected] at google *meme txn#[protected].
          Thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6203 for a purchase worth rs65.0 on pos [protected] at google *meme txn#[protected].
          ... Rs. (50*1) + (990) + (310*2)+ (65*55)=rs.5235

          However the amount rs 50. Has been refunded as (Reverse pos purchase)

          All the above transactions has been done without my consent and without providing any otp. I am still astonished how is that even possible.

          I have blocked my card immediately and contacted sbi customer care, they have lodged complaint ticket regarding all the transaction.

          Thus i am requesting to refund all the above stated amount (Rs. 5185) and i also want to know how this transaction even made possible without any otp.

            The state bank of India NRI Branch at Kolkata Airport is not responding to my emails. Their Branch head jha, seems to be a very irresponsible person. Being an NRI customer I am now able to visit the branch hence I have been writing the emails. Even after repeated emails to him he is neither taking any action nor responding. For long I am not receiving any Otp for my debit card transactions, how the callous the staffs is a sarkari bank can be is being on exhibition.

            If I do not get a response within next few days I will send a legal notice to the bank.

            I have received EGV voucher from SBI for PRIME CARD Quarterly spends. PIZZA HUT is accepting the voucher for one month onwards. They said on (16/09/2018) while take away order on the branch at ANNA NAGAR. So now what is the use of EGV from SBI. please resolve the issue.
            2 time deduct in augst-2016, 17 and 2018 200Rs for 4lacs PAI in state bank of india account no-[protected].
            so you are requested to credit 600Rs in my account.

              Dear sir,
              A refund of 1899 rupees was successfully processed on 12th may 2018 to my account by amazon this account should have been redited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now, i have called the sbi customer service and also the sbi branch for query but no response.. I have complained 3 months ago but no refund... This is my last warning.. Do something as soon as possible.

                I have sb account nos 1) [protected] & 2) [protected] and fds at sbi satna city branch. An amount of ₹ 75193.00 was deducted from fds towards tds from my fds accounts in fy 2017-18 but sbi has not issued the same even on my requests made by emails to sbi branch manager, customer care & chairman. It may be noted that above mentioned amount deducted as tds is not reflecting in my 26as account. I have filed my it return on 31.08.2018 without verifying itr keeping it pending for want of tds certificate. I have to get an amount of ₹ 88200/- towards it refund which is not possible without verifying the itr.
                I therefore request your good self to look into the matter and resolve my problem.

                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                        Kindly note that my father Mr. Tarapriya Kar was a retired Central Govt. Employee and was a regular Pension holder through Indian Bank (Former Allahabad Bank, Dankuni Branch). His pension account no is [protected] and the PPO no is WB/TA/CAL/PPO/2962/93-94 dt. 28.02.1994.

                        Kindly also note that Mr. Kar was expired on 14.04.2021. Naturally, my mother Mrs. Manjulika Kar will be treated as a Family Pension holder. The relevant documents were submitted and other related work at the Dankuni Brach was completed on 18.05.2021.

                        Unfortunately, any positive communication from the end of the Bank is still awaiting.

                        In this situation, I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter, and take speedy necessary action, so that my mother will receive the family pension in time.

                        This is for your kind perusal and please do the needful.

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                              Concerned Branch Manager personally tried and solved the issue by verifying my PAN & CIF numbers. Conflicted due to merger of SBM in which I had a Joint S.B.Account with another CIF which merged with this SBI my Home Branch. Now the issue of updation of my PAN.got resolvef.

                              The reply frim AGM is attached but Home Branch is not verified INB screen shot attachments prooves that my PAN is not still updated.

                                I am writing this as while doing online transaction via online sbi gateway, amount has been deducted from my account transaction shows success but actual transaction has been failed. Another ac. Where i sent rs.4000 they not received this money in her account.
                                Transaction was done on 16 sep 2018 and i was in touch with customer care helpline with sbi several times but still my account is not debited yet along with no information regarding ticket number.

Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply. Please refund my money sir please..

                                    Sbi — wrongly charged for not submitting rc book

                                    I have purchased Dezire worth Rs. 8.80 lac for which I have made down payment of Rs. 5.80 lac from my hard earn money and taken car loan of only Rs. 3 lac from SBI Raipur, Bhilwara. On this loan I am paying EMI of Rs. 5500. At the time of loan procedure, I have not been informed by loan manager about submission of RC book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of Rs. 2950 for not submitting RC book. During initial 3 months I have not received any intimation mail /SMS or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they are charging me fine.

                                    I have visited bank and also submitted other documents as asked.

                                    In last 3 months I have visited bank thrice but neither of your staff has informed me about RC book submission nor I have received any formal notice regarding the same. My car was registered on very next day of purchase and I was having RC book after 1 month. If I would have been aware about submission or any of your staff would have asked me about the same, then why I would have avoided the submission. You people send regular alerts regarding EMI payment but no SMS/ E-mail regarding failure of RC book submission? If I will stop paying EMIs then you will come to my place for collection then why there is no such procedure for other necessary submissions?

                                    When I raised complaint [protected] online regarding the fine, bank closed the same and replied that proper relief will be provided

                                    They are misleading me which is a mental harassment and I am under tremendous pressure due to the same.

                                    Branch Manager has also agreed that they have not communicated regarding non submission of RC book and apologies for the same. He also assured me that he will take the issue to head office and reverse the charges.Now they are denying to do as same

                                    Sir, I work very hard to earn every single rupee. Rs. 2950 is a very big amount for me. I have taken only 3 lac loan. Also I am a punctual borrower whose non of the EMIs has been delayed. Still you are charging me such a big fine. On other hand people like Vijay Malyya are eating up the entire banking system and still moving freely. Then what is the use of me following the rules strictly? Give me one valid reason, even after this injustice, why I should pay back my loan as per rule and not default the same?
