On[protected] a sum of Rs 7606.37 was deducted from my saving bank account twice. That means in all 15200 Rs were deducted from my savings account, and the same is my salary account as well.
And this deduction has happened in the morning hours of[protected] that I got to know from the SBI Customer Service team. I was asleep at the time when the money was deducted from my account.
I didn't receive any OTP, any message or whatsoever....

The online portal has an option of changing the registered mobile number for a saving bank account by OTP/ATM option, where in the message received on respective phones (old and new) has to be forwarded to 567676 to complete the process. However, one can't submit the relevant information from BSNL mobile network.
In light of this the bank should change this number or sort out this matter which cause lot of inconvenience to the customers...

I purchased a product worth Rs 3149 on flipkart through my SBI MasterCard Debit Card on 27th October, 2021 and it had issues so I returned the product and asked for refund . Flipkart initiated the refund on 31st October and the refund was marked complete and they told me that the refund will be credited to my account within two days. Refund Initiated by Amazon but still not received on my bank account
