Today suddenly i got a call from [protected] and told me that he will block my account if i don't share the account details and pin. So i kindly request you to please take a server action on it or else i will lodge a complaint against sbi in the consumer forum.

Hi,
I got a call they said they are speaking from sbi and offered extra discount on my credit card.
They said this will be in the form of various clothing and accessories.
They asked for the otp and the next second i know is 7517 rupees were deducted from my card.
Please help me out.
Do sbi makes any call like this?

A manager called sekar who worked in thirukazhukundram sbi branch kept my pension book somewhere while shifting the building (2009) he also accepted that he only lost the book somewhere and promised me that he'll search and give but 3 years he was shifted to somewhere so he said to his successor (Baskar) about this issue then also baskar didn't find the book or report it to twad board where i'm getting my pension. Puchased sony camera from filpkart.. Money not refunded after return of product. Transaction id:pzt[protected]gi10501, expected date of return was 6th october. Flipkart said they have refunded but bank did not send money to account. Please update as soon as possible. Also plese let me know your valid customer care no. All those on net not working....
