On 20 dec 2015 i was trying to withdraw Rs 2000/- from SBI ATM ID no. DBBO[protected]. but unfortunately the electric power was OFF during the transaction before its completion. after electric power comes on ATM delivered a slip containing txn no. 8247, response code 053, "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". I contact many times to customer care service but they are only said that they are unable to lodge a complaint because the details are not updated....
