[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Regarding Pack Activation

I recharged my Sun Direct Set Top box for 3 months with a recharge of 477 (Including Tax) as mentioned on their website as well as Sun Direct App, after that Once I connected with Customer Care they said This recharge is Invalid, we can activate your pack for a month but we can't activate it for 3 months, then I said in that case return my Money to my account. As I recharged Online so it won't be difficult for them to return. But they denied. I said you can open Website and check at your end but they said Our Packs changed
