[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Regarding two time payment on same smart card number

Hi,
I had recharged the smart card number [protected] on 2nd March for 241.5 rupees (1 month). But that time payment is processing upto 1 day. So I decided to recharge one more time for the same smart card number. I recharged 239 rupees again by dth dealer on 7:34 am. The payment which I made on 2nd March is on processing stage today 4.30 pm. After that I received a message from that recharge was successful. I need a clarification on that how you consider this because I had paid two times for the same month for the same card number. Here I have attached the payment receipt. Please resolve this issue ASAP and return my money. Otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer court.
