I ordered a biryani but the biryani variety delivered was wrong. I asked for refund. The refund I asked to be put in a wallet which can be readily used. However, if I try to claim the refund, the wallet (which I came to know is swiggy money) is asking me KYC and further activation. I asked swiggy how the refund went to swiggy money when I have not activated it ?They do not have an answer. I asked refund to my source account. Now swiggy is refusing to do so.
How did refund go into an inactive swiggy money app?
