I have 3 order related issues for which I've provided enough evidence and also confirmed the wrongful delivery with the delivery partners and yet the customer executives denied to help and kept asking to write an email. I have written multiple emails for every order and swiggy stopped responding only.
The customer service agents act like robots. They were not even willing to hear me when I asked to connect on a call and the conversations were marked closed without hearing my side. This is absolutely pathetic and it has put me through a lot of mental stress. I will be filing a lawsuit against Swiggy as soon as my lawyer figures out the logistics. Was this information helpful? |
