I made an order at 7:32 for 2 Fried rice and 1 Butter chicken, but when i received the order 1 Fried Rice was missing. Raised the complaint and got a call from Swiggy support that they are replicating the order for missing item but i have to pay again for the new order. They also said i would get the refund for the previous order, that of the missing item..But i havent received the refund. Swiggy support is not interested in resolving my complaint and they are asking for 48 hours. As i am not ready to wait for 48 hours for something that has happened due to the fault of Swiggy i am registering this complaint for quick resolution.
