Swiggy — Account Suspension

Address: 65 outside 3 pole mahamandir near jodhana vradh aashram jodhpur Rajasthan 342006

My account is suspended without giving prior notification
I asked the support team to provide info on it and they are not giving any reason except the message 'Your account is suspended and it cannot be reactivate'
Also I informed them that I have recharged my account with free delivery service of amount Rs450. And now my account is deactivated so that money will be wasted
I asked them to refund the money but no response
Please assist
