Swiggy — Amount debited from my account but order not placed | ||
I ordered food worth rs. 281 on 7th August from your site. I recieved message from my bank that payment got debited in a while I received from you that payment was unsuccessful so order not placed. Again I tried the same thing and this time also ₹ 281 debited from account and order was not placed. I spoke to my bank and they confirmed both payments are successful then how come you guys did not receive my payment. I called up your customer care soo many times but noone was helpful. Every time they talk like a robot that payment was unsuccessful and thats why order is not placed. Kindly confirm about my payment and bank is 100% sure tha payment is made to Swiggy.
