Swiggy — Amount deducted from account but order failed and refund not received

My wife ordered from swiggy on 08/09/2021.Amount deducted from the account but order failed. After 9 days still we have not received any refund. Customer care executive on chat said in that case they cannot help. Swiggy is cheated with us for very small amount. On 08/09/2021 following message has been received:

Your payment for Swiggy order #[protected] was not completed. Any amount if debited from your card will get refunded within 4-7 days.
