Swiggy — Amount not added account

I have order book 4 sept at swiggy RS 169.00 payment get through UPI but delivery person unvailable this order cancel swiggy end.that amount not added my account til date.So please see attach image screenshot. I had contact Customer care swiggy no valid responce to that end,
So I requsted you too please check and revert soon,
