Ordered food through Swiggy from hotel RNR on 1st Jan 2022. During the payment, the page got refreshed and took me to the page again for payment.
I have got two deductions for the same order (I have been billed for the same order). Also they delivered the same order twice which was of no use to me, as I already had order the same items in huge quantity.
When I contacted Swiggy Customer Care, they say they cannot help and only option is to cancel order with zero refund.
Why should customer suffer and pay double for website/app problem of Swiggy
