I am lodging complaint on behalf of my dad, My dad number- [protected], Email Id- [protected]@rediffmail.com.
He ordered Eggs on 12 March 2022, order number[protected] on swiggy instamart. Eggs were delivered super fast like always, on opening the eggs- Bajaj egg tray had broken eggs. He messaged the customer executive with the images for resolution, he was told to wait for 6 hours and resolution would be provided. But to the surprise, no resolution has been provided. After raising concern on social media, it was communicated that nothing can be done for the broken eggs which were received. It is really disgusting that brand like swiggy is doing this, delivering broken eggs and not taking responsibility as it was instamart order not food delivery order.
