I had placed order for one "fried chicken wings" from burger king. Swiggy has delivered "grilled chicken wings". I had complained about the wrong product with customer support and they had issued replacement order. When replacement order came, it was again wrong order of "grilled chicken wings". Again i have complained with the customer support and again they have issued replacement order, and when it arrived it was wrong order again of "grilled chicken wings". Then after that they are not issuing any replacement order even though i have not till the end received my order of "fried chicken wings". They are not offering any refund for my money, or any compensation for not delivering the right order. Was this information helpful? |
